Established in 2001, Erskine Architects, Inc. (EAI) has grown to be a recognized firm in the State of Hawai’i.
EAI provides planning and design services for commercial, institutional, educational, healthcare and other related project types. Our professional services vary according to our clients needs. We provide effective project management through our comprehensive design services approach. Our services can begin at the onset of a project through feasibility studies, facilities assessments, space planning and master planning. We oversee all phases of the design process including land-use entitlements, permitting and other regulatory approvals, competitive bidding services and construction administration. We also provide peripheral design services such as developing project-specific requests for proposals and authoring of design and construction agreements.
Since inception, EAI has successfully completed multiple projects of varying degrees of complexity.
